If travel charges apply, they will be billed separately. 

Cancellations: 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment in order to receive a refund minus a $50 convenience fee. Due to the high demand for Ellis' services, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment date.
